Did you know that many of your so called healthy options (which I eat nothing of now) like undercooked green vegetables, nuts, seeds, flaxseed meal, brown rice, oats and store bought breads can be very hard for the body to digest, contain anti-nutrients and feed gut bacteria which bloat you and give you gas.

Eat more fucking fibre they tell you and drink more fucking water!!!!

Im the most regular I have ever been and I eat none of that crap. I get messages weekly from clients calling me the poo whisperer as they are now shitting every single day sometimes twice a day!

It honestly is something every women should enjoy daily…

I had one client recently that had been constipated for 5 years, spent 1000’s of dollars on nutritionists and specialists. She had just been to a dietician who told her to cut dairy from her diet and eat more green vegetables……of course she was still fucking constipated.

Following this, she spent 12 weeks in our program and she now shits every single day, she drinks dairy and she eats sugar and she doesn’t shove her face full of green vegetables and bird food. The other great thing is she is eating over 2000 calories a day consistently, is training three days per week and is losing body fat – GO FUCKING FIGURE.

So the theme for this weeks Fucking Easy Food Prep is an easy to digest yummy slice. Three years ago I wouldn’t have touched this with a 10 foot pole OH THE SUGAR!!!

So I have ripped off Beau’s (our super nutrition guru coach) Oat Slice and made it more macro friendly (less fat).

You soak the oats overnight which makes them easier to digest. Its so so yummy and I eat it with a glass of light milk in the afternoon for a snack. Sure beats those bullshit green smoothies I used to drink. Or another old crappy flavourless favourite was tinned tuna and green beans.

Thank fuck I get to eat real food now!

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

**200g oats, soaked overnight (I let them sit in the colander and then put them in the oven on 140 degrees for about 40mins to dry out)
**100g of white sugar
**60g dedicated coconut
**60g butter
**1 can carnation condensed milk

The kids will love this one and it lasted 5 days in a container.

So get over your fear of sugar and carbs because trust me life gets a whole lot better when you eat real fucking food again and stop killing yourself on the treadmill…..
