Barbacoa Brisket Tacos

Here is the recipe:

4 canned chipotles in adobo sauce
1 bunch of cilantro
1 medium red onion or 1/2 red and 1/2 white for variety
1 head of garlic
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
juice of 4 lives
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
5 to 7 lb brisket
4 to 6 cups of beef broth or stock

Place brisket in slow cooker
pulse all ingredients together
pour over brisket
slow cooke for 8 1/2 hours
take meat out and let it set for 15 minutes.
serve over corn tortillas with diced red onions and cilantro on top
